If upon receipt of an item you are not satisfied, simply return it (shipping prepaid) in unused condition for an exchange or refund (shipping charges are not refundable) within 30 days of shipping date. C.O.D.’s are not accepted on return items.
Product Liability
Protech Products’ only obligation is to repair or replace defective products. Protech shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage to person or property from use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell. Because products are used out of our control, it is the customer’s responsibility to determine proper fit, sizes and product suitability.
Shipping Information
Most order are shipped within 24 hours from the time of receipt of your request. We ship via UPS ground service by default. Your order will arrive not later than 10 days from shipment. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you need it shipped to a P.O. Box, your order will be sent by regular mail. Need your products fast? We can ship by U.P.S Next Day Air, Second Day Air, or 3 Day Air. The actual U.P.S charges will be added to the regular shipping cost.

Customer information is collected and processed through Stripe in order for us to complete your order.
